What time is check-in and check-out?
Check-in is at 4:00 p.m. and Check-out is at 11:00 a.m. Must be 21 or older to make a reservation.

What is our cancellation policy?
The policy is dependent on season. If you cancel within the policy, a fee of 1 night's room & tax applies.

What is our pet policy?
We offer pet-friendly accommodations for our furry friends! Specific rooms are available at $50/night, per pet.

Do we offer high-speed internet access?
We offer high speed internet throughout the entire hotel.

We do have ADA guest rooms available in both buildings.

What types of water views are available?
We have some rooms that offer views of Easton's Pond. We also have beach views in the Historic Building. Most of the Suites Building rooms overlook the pond, and some have an ocean view.

Are there coffee makers and a micro fridge in the rooms?
All rooms have micro fridges. Suites Building rooms have coffee makers.

Is there a guest laundry?
Yes. The guest laundry in the historic building is $2 per load – we will provide detergent.

How many floors does the hotel have?
The hotel has 4 floors and there are elevators.

What are the hours of the fitness center?
24 hours.

What are the hours of the pool / hot tub?
Our indoor pool / hot tub and tooftop hot tub are open daily from 7am - 11pm.

Are there on-site dining options?
Yes, Ocean Bar & Grill is located in the Historic Building, offering classic New England favorites from the land & sea, plus beers & expertly crafted cocktails.

Do you have cots and cribs available?
We do have some cots and pack n play available at no cost. All are on a first-come, first-serve basis by request only.

Is there on-site parking at the hotel?
Parking for one car is included in our amenity fee. For each additional car, $15.

Does the hotel accept cash for room charges?
Our hotel does not accept cash payments for any services provided. All major valid credit cards are accepted.

Yes, for $30 per day.
